Our R&D department worked for several years on the smart-Flow design. Our experience in climate engineering and airflow management helped us design this fabulous invention.

EXTRACTOR CONCEPT

  • Automatic start when the user initiates a weighing operation
  • Automatic airflow adaptation to the height of the container used
  • Optimum user protection with a guaranteed 0,5 m/s face velocity
  • Uses 6 times less energy than classic fume hoods

The smart-Flow CONSISTS OF:

  • 2 aesthetically pleasing adaptive antennas, flanking the weighing area
  • 1 Aero-box chamber over suspended ceiling (50×50 cm, 25cm high, over suspended ceiling specific tiles)
  • 1 Meca-box chamber over suspended ceiling positioned right above the weighing station (35x10cm, 70 cm high)

smart-Flow KEY STRENGTHS:

  1. Absolute user safety (> 99% of the harmful fumes are captured)
  2. Weighing process not affected (system designed to allow extremely accurate weighing without a protective chamber)
  3. Reduction of energetic costs (operating costs divided by 30)
